Looking to store the race car over winter. October til April. Anyone have space they need to rent?
Anyone else looking? I've seen a couple of double garages in the NW area available to rent asking $200 a month...I only need one side. Could go halfers.

Sent you an email, but my blackberry seems a little screwed up, let me know if you didn't get it.

If anyone is looking for a garage to rent, a good friend of mine (motorsports friendly - he has come out to a school in the past etc.) whom I have known most of my life is building some new garages in Tuscany in the NW corner of the city.
As you know it can be difficult to find a garage where you are allowed to work on your car.
They are doubles but split in half with a wall and you can rent a single "bay" which is what I'm doing for my excess "stuff" and S2000. I believe they will be insulated (and heated - not entirely sure here but I suspect you would be paying the utilities) with 220V.
Let me know if you are interested and I'll put you in touch with Tom.
